Staub - Konzert-Performance

In the concert series "Musik an der Hospitalkirche", a concert performance with organ, electronics, video and live moving sculptures will take place.

"Dust" is a performance by artist Paul Pape, inspired by a historical collection of dust from the 19th century - the trade wind dust of the dark sea: a collection of dust particles captured on 24 electronically controllable sheets of paper held by six steel rods. The sculptures move live to music. Video projections on the sculptures also create a fictitious multidimensionality. A coordinated program with works for organ (Dominik Susteck) and electronics (Tobias Hagedorn) adds a sonic level to the visual experience. Hearing is changed by what is seen and vice versa.
