SUP-YOGA turns the board into a floating yoga mat. The swaying board increases the intensity of the exercises and improves your concentration and sense of balance. The board is your personal island where yoga combined with the wonderful view of nature and the calming lapping of the water becomes a unique experience! The schedule is as follows: 15 min. introduction, 1 hour of yoga, 30 min. free paddling
Bring with you
- comfortable yoga clothes that can get wet
- towel
- Change of clothes (just in case)
- sun cream
- sun hat
- please be there 15 minutes in advance
Note to the participants
- Minimum number of participants: 5 people
- No experience on the SUP or with yoga required
- Swimming skills required
