With SUP YOGA, the board becomes a floating yoga mat. The rocking motion of the board increases the intensity of the exercises and helps improve your concentration and sense of balance. The board is your own personal island, where yoga—combined with the magnificent view of nature and the soothing sound of the water—becomes a truly unique experience! The session is structured as follows: 15-minute introduction, 1 hour of yoga, 30 minutes of free paddling
Bring with you
- comfortable yoga clothes that can get wet
- Towel
- Change of clothes (just in case)
- Sunscreen
- Sun hat
- Please arrive 15 minutes early
Note to the participants
- Minimum number of participants: 5 people
- No experience with SUP or yoga required
- Must be able to swim
