The SWR Symphony Orchestra's ECLAT concert features three world premieres that explore the entire spectrum of the modern orchestra. The conductor is Pablo Rus Broseta. And with Frederik Munk Larsen, one of the best contemporary guitarists has been engaged.

Guitarist Frederik Munk Larsen is a "cicerone" for Malin Bång, a tour guide through orchestral spaces of memory. Contrasts define the music of Arnulf Herrmann. And the seemingly "quietly firm tread" in Oxana Omelchuk's piece is associated with Brecht's "calves" on their way to the slaughterhouse - so it is anything but certain. However, as Herrmann says, the orchestra also contains vigilance, community and interaction and thus "ultimately a utopia."
