Varied program until late at night
The Institut français opens its doors. Visitors can expect a varied program on this day: children's and family program with readings for children, the Franco-German magician Maurice Grange, virtual tour of the lost gardens of Versailles (University of Stuttgart), taster language lessons for children.
Meetings with Francophile personalities from the region - including the Franco-German artist couple Nathalie Wolff and Matthias Bumiller, the architect Kyra Bullert and the Mayor of Ludwigsburg Mathias Knecht. Music from the bassoon ensemble of the Stuttgart Music School (Raphael Eisentraut - Felix Nordt - Leonard Melin - Marlin Schwald) and karaoke at the end. Food and drink will also be provided: Tata Moustache will be offering French specialties to try.
There will also be a presentation of the audio guide "Balado - La France à Stuttgart" (with guided tours in German (2:30 pm) and French (5 pm)) and a visit to the anniversary exhibition "75 years of the Institut francais". Throughout the day, there will be competitions with great prizes (restaurant vouchers, admission tickets, membership card for the media library, etc.).
