The world-famous Oscar-winning composer Ennio Morricone is considered one of the most prolific composers in the history of film music, having written over 500 film scores for cinema and television, creating legendary pieces in the process.

He received his last Oscar in February 2016 for Tarantino's "The Hateful 8". Morricone made himself immortal almost 50 years ago with his music for "Play me the song of death". His compositions for the classic Italian western "Two Magnificent Scoundrels", Roland Joffé's drama "Mission" and Giuseppe Tornatore's film "Cinema Paradiso" have become particularly well-known.

His fans can experience Morricone's unforgettable works live in selected cities. Star guest Marc Breitfelder is one of the best harmonica players in the world. He is joined on stage by the large ensemble of soloists, orchestra and choir of the Milano Festival Opera to bring Morricone's thrilling music to life.

Ennio Morricone's most important works include the soundtracks to "The Hateful 8", "Kill Bill 2", "My Name is Nobody", "Two Glorious Scoundrels", "Once Upon a Time in America", "For a Fistful of Dollars" and "The Untouchables".
