The aim is to strengthen self-confidence, test one's own limits and promote creativity and playfulness.

The basic elements of the performing arts are used to develop an awareness of oneself and others in a playful way. Through this sensitization, the senses are sharpened and a more sensitive perception is achieved. This presence is encouraged and trained through scenic play, improvisation, solo, partner and group exercises.
