Categories:
1vs1 POPPING
In this category, you compete as an individual.
1vs1 EXPERIMENTAL
In this category, you compete as an individual.
2vs2 HIP HOP
In this category, you compete as a team of two people (each person needs their own ticket)
All participants selected in the preselection will compete against each other in the battles using a knockout system. The DJ (or the musician in the EXPERIMENTAL category) decides which music will be played. The dancers each have one minute to freestyle to the music. Immediately afterward, the judges decide who won the battle and advances to the next round.
The battles take place in the three categories—POPPING, EXPERIMENTAL, and HIP HOP—which differ both in dance styles and music. The EXPERIMENTAL category has additional unique features: In this category, all battles are danced to live music, and in each round, there are predetermined concepts or tasks that the dancers must incorporate into their freestyle routines.
At the end, the winners are announced and receive their prize money immediately.
