Summer 2007: 15-year-old Kian, who grew up with his petty criminal father, ends up in a home after a serious stroke of fate. He knows immediately that he can't stay there. During a night-time escape attempt, he meets Marco, who has completely different reasons for running away. After lonely and hard years in the orphanage, he has learned that he has a half-sister on the North Sea.
