In four concerti, the composer tells of the awakening of spring, the shimmering heat of summer, the festive sounds of fall and the quiet cold of winter. Each concerto is a musical painting full of color, energy and poetic observations of nature.

The chamber ensemble of the DRESDNER RESIDENZ ORCHESTER dedicates itself to these masterpieces with great stylistic finesse and tonal elegance. The ensemble is known throughout Germany for its expressive interpretations in small ensembles, its homogeneous ensemble playing and its lively programs.
