Only eight singers! In the sound collective Vokalzirkel, it depends on everyone: Soloistic independence is just as important as the ability to blend your own voice with that of your ensemble colleagues. The octet works both independently and under the direction of inspiring guest conductors such as Yuval Weinberg and Florian Helgath - a remarkable concept. In our concert, the vocal circle presents classics such as Rheinberger's Abendlied as well as rarely performed gems - such as Pärt's Slavonic Psalms (1984) or Stravinsky's late twelve-tone "dove song" The Dove Descending Breaks The Air (1962).
