Weeland, the collective led by guitarist and musical visionary Patrick Wieland, is pleased to announce the release of its new album "The Soul Provisions". The work, which will be released in November, combines the extraordinary talents of singer Esther Cowens, drummer Tommy Baldu, keyboard virtuoso Martin Meixner and Berlin bassist Martin Stumpf - a musical symbiosis that gives the album its unique depth.
With "The Soul Provisions", Weeland captures the essence of retro-soul and rhythm 'n' blues and interweaves it with modern indie-soul influences, as known from Michael Kiwanuka, Khruangbin or Alabama Shakes. From intimate, soulful ballads to rousing, grooving tracks, the album unfolds a captivating range of emotions and timbres. It is a tribute to the timeless magic of music - and a delight for soul lovers and new indie soul discoverers alike.

The musicians of Weeland have long been established names in the scene. They have already worked with artists such as Jan Delay, The Voice of Germany Band, Gaby Moreno, Max Herre, Roachford, Flo Mega and Die Fantastischen Vier. With "The Soul Provisions", they now present an album that impresses with its authenticity, depth and decelerated elegance - a real vinyl highlight!
