The focus is on six selected wines, which will be presented during a guided tasting. Each wine will be paired with a specially crafted game dish—sophisticatedly prepared and harmoniously matched to the wines’ aromas. The event is organized in collaboration with Sebastian Gross of GROSSEVENTS and a hunter friend who offers fascinating insights into the origins, sustainability, and responsibility surrounding game and hunting.
