Kathi, the supermarket cashier, Laurentiu, the long-distance driver, Pedro, the express parcel carrier, Katarzyna, the 24-hour nurse. Their jobs are as different as their working conditions are similar: high stress, low pay, zero recognition. Yet they keep our world running. Illustrator Daniel Lienhard has portrayed twelve of these people who ensure our prosperity and don't have much of it themselves.
