With “Wien, Wien nur du allein!,” the Klassische Philharmonie Bonn brings the magic of Viennese music to the stage on its second tour of the season: a selection of waltzes and Ländler ranging from Franz Schubert to Johann Strauss, along with Richard Strauss’s subtle Duett-Concertino for clarinet and bassoon and the radiant string sextet from “Capriccio” in an orchestral arrangement. An evening full of verve, elegance, and classical beauty.
