Workshop without final presentation as part of the 14th Stuttgart Choir Days

Our voice is our instrument - and it deserves attention, care and continuous development. After all, it is the voice that gives expression to music, conveys emotions and brings pieces to life. In choirs in particular, additional challenges come into play: How do you create a homogeneous sound? What gets in the way of good blending? And how can we sound better together?

In this workshop, Adrian Goldner will work intensively with you on your voice. As a trained CVT coach, he will work with you on topics such as blending, timbre and healthy vocal technique - in a practical and directly applicable way. You will discover how you can use your individual sound in a targeted way to become part of a harmonious overall sound.

Do you know this too? A piece just won't intonate cleanly - or you suddenly end up in a completely different key than planned?

This is exactly where the second part of the workshop comes in: Florian Clasen , experienced choir director and bass singer, will show you basic techniques for secure intonation and musical phrasing. With helpful exercises and a trained ear, he will help you improve your accuracy and consciously create musical arcs.
A workshop for anyone who wants to understand their voice better, use it more purposefully and sound even more harmonious together as a choir.

Target group: Choir singers and conductors who want to try out new things and incorporate new ideas into their own choral practice
