A play for the little ones
Young stellar objects and Band takes the youngest members of the audience and their companions on a journey from Earth to the far reaches of space. Together we start in the firmament and slowly take off, flying higher and higher until we see the stars and a comet lands in our tent. Young stellar objects and Band is an immersive theater experience that uses a cloud-like spatial installation, music, sounds and projections to appeal to the senses of young visitors and their companions without the use of spoken language.
Ariane Koziolek and Lynn Scheidweiler design the stage and the objects and activate them during the performance. Music and sound form a supporting element that gives the objects their voice. The artist Alexandra Haas develops the acoustic world of the production and accompanies the play live.
Suitable for small children between 0.5-2 years (older siblings are of course also allowed)
