It is about goal traps (unattainable, externally determined, too expensive) and how to translate wishes into clear, feasible steps instead of falling into excessive demands.

Participants should start the new year motivated, with clarity, lightness and a tailwind.

And afterwards, there will be time to celebrate the year's successes together at a get-together with music, wine and snacks.
