Bäckerei-Konditorei Voß
It is the fourth generation that fires up the oven every morning at the "Bäckerei Konditorei Voß" bakery. From 1904 to the present day: you can taste the tradition. The love of flour anyway. The family business is known for its cinnamon buns, giant pretzels (made to order), late riser rolls and spelt souls. The grandpa bread is baked according to a recipe from grandpa Hermann Kromer. The bread crust is supposed to be just as gnarled and rustic as Grandpa's was. To ensure that the grandpa is not alone on the shelves, the grandma bread was created in 2000. This is a little softer in terms of the dough and the wet crust.
