Banh Mi & Bubbles is an Asian restaurant & bar concept in Stuttgart Asian Fusion Kitchen & Bar with sparkling wines (bubbles) from all over the world, art & stand-up comedy. Our kitchen and bar concept consists of two ingredients: think global and act sparkling! The young team at Banh Mi & Bubbles consists of bartenders, chefs and artists, led by owner Marcel Wanek. We have set ourselves the goal of reinterpreting Asian cuisine - inspired by the coming together of different people and cultures. Marcel Wanek from Munich is already well known for his creative and high-quality gastronomy concepts, such as the Kubaschewski Bar (sparkling wine bar in Munich) and Holy Taste Catering, as well as events for major brands such as Hublot, Prada and many more. With Banh Mi & Bubbles, he wanted to create something new: "Good bye boujee, hello fantasy!"
