Marcel Wanek, a gastronomic entrepreneur and caterer from Munich and Stuttgart, brings a unique concept to life with his Asian-Fusion restaurant and bar, featuring rotating art exhibitions and a commitment to social business.
The menu features "to share" dishes that not only encourage communal dining at the table but also contribute to a charitable cause. All profits from these dishes go to the Stelp e.V. organization in Stuttgart. This fusion of Asian cuisine, a diverse selection of vegan options, art, and social responsibility makes Banh Mi & Bubbles a one-of-a-kind experience nationwide.
Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, DJs take the stage on Friday and Saturday nights, providing a musical backdrop to complement the food and drinks. Additionally, every Sunday and Monday, the venue hosts "Comedy Bubbles," offering stand-up comedy along with delightful food and drinks starting at 7:30 PM.
