CQ stands for the original cuisine from Chongqing, the former metropolis of Szechuan province, which is characterized by plenty of fire and the use of Szechuan pepper. While experienced diners will be delighted by the pork intestine with beans and peppers, less adventurous diners can choose from a Germanized menu with classics such as crispy roast duck with vegetables and rice.
