Fu Guifang

Fu Guifang focuses on authenticity. The Szechuan fire pot, for example, is a kind of fondue in which mushrooms, vegetables, tofu, noodles, meat, fish and mussels are dipped into a hot broth. Other specialties such as real Peking duck, papaya soup and various offal can also be combined as desired and eaten together at typical revolving tables.
