Trail condition: partly asphalt with chippings, partly fine gravel path and green strip in the middle

Difficulty level: 1: The nature and gradient of the route are suitable for wheelchair users alone. No restrictions for baby carriages.

Tour description: At the "Bistro" starting point, first cross the B 39 at the traffic lights, then turn left and follow the cycle path for approx. 100 m to the nature park sign. Now turn right. At the dam, take the path down to the right and follow the valley path into the Autal nature reserve, which was designated in 1994. Now follow the course of the stream for approx. 1.5 km until you reach a T-junction at the edge of the forest. Take the path to the left and after approx. 100 m keep left again. After crossing the stream, the path climbs slightly for a short distance. At the next fork in the path, keep left again at a bench under an oak tree. The path now leads first through the forest, later along the valley meadows again to a T-junction, where you turn left. After approx. 50 m, the hiking and cycling trail is reached again, which leads back to the parking lot after a short climb over the dam.
