Bagels with the typical New York flavor are available at Jomi Deli, where the sourdough, which has matured for hours, is briefly boiled in a water bath and freshly baked. The fillings include pulled pork from their own production, pastrami from the Black Forest, home-marinated salmon, coordinated sauces and regional ingredients. If you fancy something sweet, you'll find it at the cake counter.
