Leibfriedscher Garten Stuttgart
A cable net bridge over Nordbahnhofstraße takes you from Rosensteinpark to Leibfried's Garden in Stuttgart. Its enchanted idyll near the Pragsattel, Stuttgart's number one traffic junction, would hardly have been thought possible.
The romantic wilderness around the ruins of Villa Moser, a bourgeois building with columns, arbors and an artificial grotto that was destroyed in the Second World War, is mysterious - only this rock grotto beneath the building has been preserved. Where the water tank for the villa's fountains once stood, there is now a ten-metre-high viewing hill, the so-called "Bastion Leibfried". From here you can see as far as the city center.
The Leibfried Garden Stuttgart is part of the Green U.
