Visit the only place in the world that can present the complete history of the automobile from the very first day: The Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart. Go on a journey through time and take the elevator to a height of 34 meters - back to the year 1886, where the legend begins with the groundbreaking invention of Gottlieb Daimler and Carl Benz - the automobile. Hardly any other invention has had such an impact on mankind to this day.

Two interconnected tours lead you through the eventful history of the Mercedes-Benz brand in the architecturally spectacular building - linked with sensational themes from contemporary history, past super sports cars, Silver Arrows and Gullwing models. Both routes lead to one destination: the innovations of the present. Here, in the Fascination of Technology area, there are insights into current topics from research, design, development and production.

Nine levels present 160 breathtaking vehicles and more than 1,500 exhibits on 16,500 square meters. The exhibition is divided into myth rooms and collection rooms. The myth rooms tell the story of the Mercedes-Benz brand and divide it into themes and eras. The collection rooms show the wealth and variety of the brand's vehicles, arranged thematically.
