Dominique Gueydan has reopened his old restaurant with a new concept and the same passion: "Le Tonneau" was proclaimed "Petite France" in 2023. With wine dépôt, vinotheque and food from the buffet, Westerners on Rosenbergplatz feel like gods and goddesses in France again. The bistro flair has remained, but there are new features that promise even more fun and sweet hours for that certain "Je ne sais quoi". From now on, guests can tap their own wine from the "barrel" and plunder the buffet as well as eating "à la carte". From the Côtes du Rhône to the Ardèche and the Luberon, the wine selection invites you on a journey through the south of France. With coq au vin, quiches and ratatouille, the food also delves deep into the French soul.
