Weinkollektiv Edenberg & Tal

Edenberg & Tal is a young wine collective based in Stuttgart-Rohracker. Five friends cultivate about 1.5 hectares of vineyards organically—on steep slopes characterized by historic dry stone walls, with everything done entirely by hand. The focus is on vibrant, characterful organic wines that are spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels. The selection changes with each vintage; the white wine cuvée UNIO remains a constant favorite.

In addition to on-site sales, Edenberg & Tal invites visitors to its wine shop on Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. by prior appointment. Furthermore, cultural studies scholar Karin hosts special wine experiences that seamlessly blend wine, landscape, and cultural history in an accessible way.
