The rooms here are panelled in dark wood like in a Bavarian tavern. In the beer garden you can sit under the old trees right in the heart of Stuttgart and indulge yourself with delicious Bavarian ans Swabian specialities. In the mornings there are Weißwürste (Bavarian veal sausages), Leberkas (ham-flavoured sausage meat loaf) and crisp pretzels, and at lunchtime the Paulaner platter, succulent roast pork, and - a special treat - warm apple strudel served with vanilla ice and whipped cream.
