There is hardly any other vantage point where you are so close but at the same time so high above Stuttgart's city centre. From the Heinrich-Heine-Höhe, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the most important buildings in the city. The platform is directly opposite the Villa Reitzenstein. Today, the villa houses the Ministry of State of Baden-Württemberg and is thus the official residence of the Minister President.
The best way to get to the vantage point is to take the U15 tram (Bubenbad stop). From there it is only a 300-metre walk.
