A small tower like something out of Rapunzel's fairy tale: the Kriegsberg Tower in Stuttgart-Nord was built in 1895 by Baurat Weigle for the Stuttgart Beautification Association as a viewing tower on the 353-metre-high Kriegsberg.
The tower was restored in 1985 with the help of donations from Stuttgart citizens, the city of Stuttgart and the Baden-Württemberg State Monuments Office.
You can still enjoy the beautiful view from the battlements today.
