- Location:
- HMDK Stuttgart, Urbanstraße 25, 70182 Stuttgart
In Bach's time, the Dresden court was home to outstanding musicians who achieved great fame beyond the borders of Saxony. We hear chamber music by Bach as well as by Dresden composers such as Heinichen and Pisendel, who was regarded as Germany's greatest violin virtuoso. The performers are a fantastic baroque trio - violin, cello and harpsichord - made up of students from the Academy of Music.
