A textile factory has been sold. The new owners demand that the workforce reduce their break time by 7 minutes. The works council, consisting of 11 women, has to vote on it. This seemingly "small" decision about 7 minutes can have devastating consequences for the entire workforce. Will it be the start of even more cuts or will it remain at 7 minutes? How will the individuals decide? An argumentative battle between the women will hopefully bring clarity.
