Vox Clamantis
, conducted by Jaan-Eik Tulve
Arvo Pärt’s music is among the most impressive soundscapes of our time—quiet, focused, and deeply profound. A special tribute to the Estonian composer will take place in the spring of 2027: The renowned Estonian choir Vox Clamantis, conducted by Jaan-Eik Tulve, will dedicate an “Arvo Pärt Night” to the work of the great master of spiritual music.
The Grammy-winning vocal ensemble is known for its transparent yet warm sound. For more than 25 years, Vox Clamantis has maintained a close artistic collaboration with Pärt—a partnership that has resulted in numerous acclaimed recordings. “The artistic caliber required to achieve such a vivid and breathing interpretation as that of Vox Clamantis is rarely found,” wrote BBC Music Magazine. To mark Pärt’s 90th birthday, the album “And I heard a voice” was released in 2025, vividly documenting this close connection. His meditative musical language can now be experienced live in all its spiritual intensity at the Liederhalle in Stuttgart.
