BERTA EPPLE, the popular musical excursion steamer, has run aground. After all these years on tour, the three friends are increasingly getting on each other's nerves. Finally, the mood capsizes in front of the audience. Director Titus Selge tries to smooth things over and suggests couples therapy for the three of them. Some things come to light that have been hidden below deck. But in the end, friendship wins out: the three light sailors set sail and continue their musical journey around the globe.
