What if Bonnie & Clyde were still alive?
Imagine this: Bonnie and Clyde weren’t actually shot by the police after all, but now live unrecognized in a townhouse on the outskirts of a Midwestern town. But their middle-class facade doesn’t hold up. Not at all.
Too many strange characters are hot on their heels, and the shadows of the past resurface all too often. And then all three return: their criminal passion, their thrill for heists, and their finger on the trigger. And when the chance for a big, shady score comes along, they want to continue writing their own legend.
A wild road movie, full of obstacles and terrifying characters: an oil-slicked reverend, a dangerous lodger, a sharp-tongued neighbor, gluttonous reporters, drunken aunts, arms dealers, and a doppelgänger of the doppelgänger.
But that’s by no means all. Because there’s singing and dancing, too—and it goes on until the barrel glows!
