Dr. phil. discusses its eventful history, its culture and its fragile present. Tessa Hofmann and the Eastern European researcher Winfried K. Dallmann.

Tessa Hofmann, philologist and sociologist, has published numerous books on Armenian history, culture and the present. Her research focuses on the genocide of Armenians and other Christians in the Ottoman Empire.
