A mysterious murderer of women is wreaking havoc in the big city. The stranger, who mutilates his victims in horrific ways, is known as "Jack the Ripper". One evening, a new lodger introduces himself to Mrs. Banting: a gentleman from head to toe, only he has eccentric preferences.
