Despite being 127 years old, the little witch is still very young by witch standards. And she’s still in the early stages of her witch training. So it’s really no wonder that the “real” witches don’t invite the little witch to Walpurgis Night. She’d love to go, though! But above all, she’d like to be a really good witch: not just a witch who casts spells well, but above all one who casts spells for good. But it’s not just the weather witch Rumpumpel who sees things completely differently… We’re presenting Otfried Preußler’s wonderful stories about the adventures of the little witch, who grows into a real and good witch, as a pre-show production at the opera house. With lots of music—and, of course, the talking raven Abraxas: “Heia Walpurgisnacht!”
