Who still knows what the adults have long since forgotten? The children and their doll friends, of course. The little girl must save herself and her father. To do so, she absolutely must make her way from New York to Los Angeles (a long, adventurous journey) to see the doll doctor. In a strange world full of dangers, wonders, and surprising encounters, she must slip through a locked door, fly on clouds, cross the ocean, and finally even face the fearsome General U and his terrible entourage.
