! When Zeki Müller is released after his prison sentence, he only has one thing on his mind: the loot from his last robbery. The only problem is that his girlfriend buried the money right where the Goethe comprehensive school's gymnasium now stands. So Zeki applies for a job as a janitor - and through a misunderstanding with the principal, Mrs. Gerster, becomes a substitute teacher. Instead of a quick buck, it's now detention with the chaotic class 10b.

Zeki tries to tame the class with a harsh tone and unconventional methods. Will he manage to win over the students - or will he despair at the chaos? And what will become of his prey and his own fresh start?
