Fragt uns doch mal! Jüdische Perspektiven auf Antisemitismus

The exhibition intervention in the Haus der Geschichte shows: Anti-Semitism concerns us all. The intervention can be seen from February 8 to September 6, 2026. Admission is included in the permanent exhibition ticket.

Can anti-Semitic images be - indeed, must they be - shown in museums? Or does this reinforce hateful prejudices? How are young Jews doing in Germany today? Why does anti-Semitism still exist? What can we do to combat hostility towards Jews?
Eleven stations in the permanent exhibition "Landesgeschichte(n)" at the Haus der Geschichte are dedicated to these questions. They question, supplement and comment on objects and stories in the museum with facts, objections and wishes.
The "Conspiracy Generator" shows how anti-Semitic conspiracy narratives work. In videos, Jewish people talk about their hopes, fears and disappointments.
The intervention was developed by a project team from the Haus der Geschichte and community curators, supported by an expert board made up of people who work in research, education, counselling and mediation with a critical view of anti-Semitism.
