Countess Stefanie Oberhoff, British performer Henry Sargeant (aka Mr. Vast), and the Leipzig theater adventurers Lehmann & Wenzel follow in the footsteps of Hansel and Gretel and venture together into the deep forest. No path in sight, the occasional crumb, and in the middle, the gingerbread house is taking shape. Until it’s finally finished, nothing is certain: not what will happen, not the performers’ interactions with one another, and not the audience’s safety from dental floss.
