Interactive workshop & reading with Avra Emin and Sevdije Demaj, moderated by Vatan Ukaj

The workshop that combines literature, biography work and interactive methods.
Two authors - Avra Emin (Erinnerungen. Life is a Story - story.one) and Sevdije Boshtrakaj-Demaj (Nachdenklich - Poetische Selbstreflexionen) - will open the room with readings of selected passages from their books. Her texts touch on themes such as migration, belonging, loss, longing, empowerment and the search for home(s).

The readings form the starting point for an interactive workshop in which the participants make their own experiences, questions and contradictions about home(s) visible. Moderated by Vatan Ukaj, biographical-artistic methods, discussion impulses and participatory exercises create spaces for self-reflection, dialog and collective negotiation.

Aims of the workshop
- Making visible: Invisible feelings and personal experiences of home(s) are brought to life through literature and exchange.
- Reflect & Share: Participants engage with their own perspectives and stories and enter into dialog with other communities.
- Shaping: Home(s) is understood as a negotiable, democratic space of experience - with opportunities to think and shape a common future.
