Inclusion-oriented organizational development is a comprehensive development strategy for more equal opportunities and participation in an organization.
The aim is to reduce access barriers and discrimination at all levels - in the audience, in the program and in the staff. The workshop will provide theoretical foundations and practical tools for this. Starting with a critical look at typical barriers and obstacles to participation in the cultural sector, we will develop solutions for overcoming and avoiding these in the long term and discuss how inclusion can be anchored as a guiding principle in your cultural institution and implemented in practice.
Lecturers
The workshop will be led by two employees of the Inclusion in the Cultural Sector Service Center of the Saxony Sociocultural Association (Landesverband Soziokultur Sachsen e.V.). The team of the service center has been advising and qualifying cultural actors on questions of inclusion development in the cultural sector in Saxony since 2017.
