Dance/Robotics/Material Theater
A dancer enters the room. The room reacts to her: light, projections, sound, and material elements emerge, intensify, overwhelm her, and then dissipate again—an interplay of abundance and emptiness.
In the Christian-Western conception, paradise is defined by abundance and excess. Technology—and artificial intelligence in particular—echoes this promise: everything is possible. Goods, information, and fantasies are available without limit. Have we reached paradise?
The scientific study “Self-Consuming Generative Models Go MAD” demonstrates how an AI trained on synthetic data collapses into a self-consuming loop. Are we on the verge of collapse? Do we need emptiness?
