OLLI DITTRICH is 'Dittsche' - live & solo
Based on the WDR series "Dittsche - Das wirklich wahre Leben" (since 2004) From February 2027 over 28 dates throughout Germany - on April 20 at the Stuttgart Theaterhaus
One spot, one microphone, one man in a bathrobe - and thousands of enthusiastic viewers! Since his first major and completely sold-out solo tour in 2019, OLLI DITTRICH has regularly swept audiences off their feet in his role as the award-winning cult TV character 'Dittsche' in his live shows and has already received an "LEA - Live Entertainment Award" for this. With his spontaneity and unerring instinct for what moves people, OLLI DITTRICH thrills audiences anew in each of his shows as 'Dittsche'. No two evenings are the same - with one exception: 'Dittsche' is always terrific. Especially in times like these, his "world ideas" and little everyday absurdities are more necessary than ever as a welcome distraction. No wonder the demand for his shows remains as high as ever. It's high time Germany's No. 1 bar philosopher went on tour again!
In the WDR cult series "Dittsche - Das wirklich wahre Leben", OLLI DITTRICH has played his way into the hearts of the nation as the likeable loser 'Dittsche' from the counter of the Eppendorf barbecue station since 2004. Always there: snack bar owner Ingo ("my Ingo man"), played by Jon Flemming Olsen as a grounding element, and Turtle ("Shut up - I'm off work!"), whose role was taken over after his death by his son Jens Lindschau alias "Toad's son Jens" - plus wonderfully crude bar philosophies about current world events, the pitfalls of everyday life and, of course, the small, wonderfully abstruse stories with the neighboring Kargers couple. As Dittsche, OLLI DITTRICH is a master at conjuring up images in his audience's minds with ever new "world ideas" and solutions to problems big and small, and has established himself as one of the country's most astute comedians and social observers with this character. With great attention to detail, he takes aim at the daily challenges of everyday life in order to get his audience out of exactly that for an evening
