"I am the poet, and Mimì is the poetry", Rodolfo sings about his new and great love. In doing so, he not only clearly points out that they belong together, but also makes her the fuel for his art: consequently, Mimì also becomes an art object at the end among all the works of art in Marcello's studio. A "highly entertaining, fast-paced bohemia, stripped of all sweeteners", according to Bayerischer Rundfunk. In addition to a reunion with the Mercedes star Christmas tree and other Stuttgart local color, the revival also features the Mimì debut of audience favorite Diana Haller.
