Sebastian Fitzek, born in 1971, is Germany's most successful author. Since his debut "Die Therapie"
(2006), all of his novels have reached number 1 on the Spiegel bestseller list. His books
have sold 20 million copies, been translated into 36 languages and are the basis for international
film and theater adaptations. Sebastian Fitzek was the first German author to be awarded the
European Prize for Crime Fiction. "The Neighbor" was published at the end of 2025 and has

The director
Josef Ulbig is a radio play director and author. He has been working for the Lauscherlounge Group since 2014, where he
manages the creative processes. His debut radio play "Kleiner Drei" (with Max Riemelt, among others) was produced in 2019 especially
produced for the Lauscherlounge. He has been directing various children's and adult radio plays since 2017
(including Andreas Gruber's "Todesfrist"). In recent years, many radio plays by Sebastian Fitzek have appeared
