After a mulled wine reception, a festively decorated table awaits. A varied selection of raclette specialties is served: raclette cheese, Emmental, mozzarella, goat's cheese, vegan cold cuts, Black Forest ham, bacon cubes, salami, prosciutto, chicken breast ham, smoked salmon, smoked trout and shrimps. The range is complemented by fresh tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, red onions, sweetcorn, kidney beans, pineapple, gherkins, silver onions, rosemary potatoes, various dips and Parisian white bread.
